Diksal Waterfall is a hidden waterfall located in Bhivpuri Mountains. Diksal waterfall is famous for Waterfall Rappelling. Diksal waterfall gets water from small water streams and mountains of Matheran. Diksal waterfall is safe and can be visited with family. To avoid crowd try to visit in weekdays. Diksal Waterfall provides a great view of Matheran Mountain Range. There is a very beautiful dam known as Dhom Dam or Pali Dam. Dhom lake is a very picturesque and perfect place for Nature lover and Travellers.
How to Reach Diksal Waterfall
Get down at Bhivpuri Railway station. Bhivpuri can be easily reached from Mumbai, Pune and Thane. From Bhivpuri railway station, we have to walk 15-20 minutes to reach Dhom Lake. From Dhom Lake it will take 30 Minutes to reach Diksal Waterfall.
Rappelling can be done only under strict supervision by contacting professional groups. Rappelling charges are from Rs.1000 to Rs.1400 depending on groups.
